I think that Dave Friedman used "capitalism" in his title because his dad, Milton, used the term a lot, as did Ayn Rand, and he was fighting the losing fight to rehabilitate the term from its disparagement by the commies. But "Radical Free Markets" does make much more sense.
And it was Iceland. Friedman fils certainly liked writing and talking about Iceland's Thing, their term for an assembly of free men, which became the more formal Althing. (But you knew that — I'm just informing people too lazy to read the book; maybe they will now.)
