I am aware of the laws and difficulties. All the way back in 1990 when we formed the Space Travel Services project, sent our man to Moscow to come back with a contract to put an American on the Mir space station, we knew that we would be dealing with sweepstakes law which is part of communications law. So we hired Haley Bader and Potts, and worked closely with Jim Dunstan of their firm. You may not recognise their firm's name, but they are well known in communications law because they were the firm that represented MCI in the lawsuit that broke the AT&T monopoly on long distance communications. So, yes, I am aware of the obstacles in our path. And I am experienced in overcoming such obstacles with the highest calibre of assistance available.
Also we will appeal to heaven and ask for divine intervention. God is more powerful than all the corrupt people on Earth combined. We shall overcome.

I have to remain in the shadows, however, now and then (compelled by the Holy Spirit) I have to engage (multiple interpretations ) that begin with the verb "ACT".
