That's a very sad and very common story. I could tell my own, including when I and my firstborn were shot at by my ex's family and arrested in Houston for kidnapping when I had sole custody of my son, but I won't. I had a lawyer tell me once that the family courts were so corrupt, everyone in them had to shower when they left them, while he preferred to shower in the morning before he went to work, so wouldn't work in them.
